Rod Santa Cruz, CSFP Group Benefits Broker

Rodrigo Santa Cruz joined Orgill/Singer & Associates as a Group Benefits Broker in June, 2001. His area of expertise centers on health, disability, life and 401K insurance plans.

Santa Cruz has been in the insurance industry since 1994. Prior to joining the company, he served as district sales manager and lead benefits consultant for John Hancock Life Insurance Co. and prior to that position was District Sales Coordinator for AFLAC for 5 years. He previously served as director of international marketing and sales for Deerhorn Bean & Seed Export Co.

Santa Cruz, a Las Vegas resident, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and a minor in International Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Santa Cruz is a member of the Clark County Underwriters Association, and the Latin Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the Government Affairs Committee. An advocate for education, he donates his time to the Millennium Scholarship program and volunteers as a mentor in a program through the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce that allows area students to shadow business professionals for a day. Additionally, Santa Cruz is multilingual, fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
