Mark Crawford Controller

Mark Crawford, CICA, serves as controller for Orgill/Singer & Associates. In his position, Crawford is responsible for the company’s monthly financial statement and cost analysis, staff supervision, organization budget, and assisting the individual managers prepare departmental budgets. He is also credited with implementing a flash reporting system for upper level management

Crawford possesses more than 16 years of financial industry experience. Before joining Orgill/Singer, Crawford served as audit manager for Houldsworth and Russo, CPAs where he planned, designed, and coordinated audits for various types of clients, supervised staff, prepared financial statements, and prepared corporate and individual tax returns and income tax payable estimates. Prior to that, he worked for Horizon Community Management as an accounting manager. He has held accounting positions for McGladrey & Pullen, LLP in Las Vegas; as well as Blackman, Kallick and Bartelstein; Spry & Company, and St. Francis Hospital all located in Illinois.

Crawford received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elmhurst College in May 1993. Crawford is currently affiliated with Associations of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Institute for Internal Controls.
